We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping is based upon weight of the items. We reserve the right to adjust shipping on all orders based on location. For example, in some cases of international orders adjustments will be required and thus billed to you. If you are outside of the United States feel free to contact us prior to ordering to confirm shipping. Orders out of the US will in most cases have an additional shipping fee attached. In some cases we may ship C.O.D., but only with International Orders.
Returns and Refunds:
There is no return on Cigars. However, if you would like to return an item, we must hear from you via email within 3 days of receiving an item to receive authorization for a refund. After 3 days, we will no longer accept the return request. Once you have obtained authorization, you need to return the item in the condition it was received immediately by first class or priority mail, insured. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all returns. You will be refunded the purchase price, less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are placed on the credit card used in the purchase. The refund process can take up to 7-10 days, once the item has been received and cleared.
